    I made a mobile app order at 4:09 pm today, arrived and checked in at 4:10 on the app. After sitting in the mobile order only pickup stall for 10 min without my drink being delivered, I decided to move to a red button stall for assistance. The gentleman answered and I explained I was waiting on my mobile order and stated my name. He rudely said "for who" I repeated myself and he said it would be right out. After waiting another 15 min, and watching them service drive theough and other mobile order only stalls on the other side of the location I pressed the red button again for the second time. They let it time out without answering so I pressed it again for the 3rd time they finally replied stating they were not taking stall orders drive through only. They didn't allow me to reply, just disconnected. I pull around through to the drive through and sat there with no acknowledgement or greeting whatsoever. I FINALLY said HELLO, and once again they rudely asked me to hold on in which I did for another 15 minutes and after me saying hello again they never ever responded. I finally gave up at 4:45 and drove away to another restaurant without my drink or my refund and diabolical level rude service. I thought this location had rebounded from terrible food and service but I see its much of the same.

    This is by far the worst location in town. We have cashiers working the window that don't understand when you order and pay for a specific size of an item and receive your order and half is missing the customer needs to be compensated for the portion or reimbursed. Manager J.W. needs to be a better leader to her team and listen to her customers instead of accusing them of lying (she was met with the reciept). We can't count,we dont listen and we have a huge lack of understanding. This place has the perfect location and has the potential to be a real money maker but the staff is fumbling. Will NEVER be back.The customer should always be reasonable and right,I was both. To the owner, Spoke with manager on duty which was pointless, this location has always been a problem ,or you may be the problem. The employees don't seem as if they are trained properly. Please help them.

    This is the SLOWEST Sonic I’ve ever been to. I thought maybe it was a one time occurrence but it wasn’t. I’ve now been a handful of times and every single one of them has been terrible! I’ve heard others complain about the speed of service at this location too. The only reason I come to this location is because it’s close proximity to the hospital. I wouldn’t go out of my way to come and wait forever for my food if another location was close by.
