- APAnthony P3 days ago5.0Kansas City BBQ at its finest. This chain BBQ in swanky Zona Rosa provides all the old favorites in an upscale setting. The place features indoor seating and a large fully stocked bar. The place is rife with the smell of bbq - it just makes your mouth water walking in here. The wait staff were fantastic - i informed them I had family from Australia here and they needed to know good bbq. The waitress did not hesitate and we were off to the races. The ribs fell off the bone, the brisket melted in your mouth and the pulled pork was another level of wow entirely. The sides were also amazing but, really, after the meat everything else is just support. Highly recommend.

The server brought a side portion of Ranch dressing. We split an order of baby back ribs. Got the sauce on the side. Meat was great w/o it but it added a dimension. Finished with a slice of carrot cake. Excellent service. Well prepared food. Not the least cost option for BBQ but the quality matched the price.
