- CKCasey Kline1 day ago5.0Fantastic view of the Plaza! It's really unique, the service was outstanding and made you feel like a priority. You are greeted by a hostess on the main floor where she takes you up 16 floors to the rooftop, and it is absolutely beautiful. We started off with the smoked margaritas shots and the dynamite sushi. Both were delicious, i recommend getting anything smoked because the presentation is great. I had the smoked old fashion, delicious! The wife had the pineapple express and that was also delicious. We had the chicken sliders and we could have done without those. Not nearly as good as the sushi. They look great but just had too much sauce, the chicken slid out from the bun it turned into a bit of a mess. Overall, we enjoyed out time and look forward to coming back. Prime Social is a must try!!!

Our server was helpful, attentive, energetic, easy to chat with and fully in touch with her astrology and numerology. We enjoyed the signature sushi rolls, as well as the pork short rib pizza (to die for), and little donuts with chocolate ganache dipping sauce. The smoked Old Fashioned with Woodford Reserve bourbon and real smoke wafting around it was over the top fabulous! Need I say more?

The parking garage was very confusing to navigate and took me up and down the elevator until I finally got off at ocean prime to ask for help. They kindly redirected me to the host stand on the main level to get me to prime social on the 14th level. In the parking garage there are signs that tell you to park on P4/P5 to get to prime social…. I also asked the security officer letting me into the gate if I could get my ticket validated for eating there and he said he wasn’t positive but it wouldn’t be more than $1/$1.50 if not. Dinner and ambience were fine. Expensive for what the food is however I did know that coming into eating here tonight. The server was sweet and was thorough with answering any dietary questions my table had! I spent $90 on a few apps and some drinks but like I said I knew that coming into it! When I left I asked the host stand if they could validate my parking ticket and they said they don’t validate tickets so I said that’s fine and left. The elevator took me all the way to p6 and then I had to get off that elevator and get on another elevator to get back to p4 to be able to locate my car. When I got to the kiosk to put my ticket in, it rang up as $9.00. Please keep in mind I was there for less than 2 1/2 hours. I was confused because I was told it would be a lot less and so I rang the bell to ask for assistance. I couldn’t get through for 5 minutes and then finally she answered and was incredibly rude and told me that was the price. I paid it and left the garage and decided to call prime social to get clarification on this and let them know that there is some sort of misinformation about parking and what it costs. After I explained this to the person on the phone, she laughed and said “I was lucky it’s usually $20 for parking” My girlfriend parked in the lockton parking garage and said she didn’t have to pay a thing. This parking garage may have been closer to prime social anyways so if you do go, PARK HERE!! Once I got home I went to the website to try to find some clarification on this and I see a photo from open table that says “parking validated” Really sad that this was my experience and it was such a headache for my night.
