- SBShy B.4 days ago1.0Placed an order online for pickup, we went through the drive up window where I watched a few people look and walk by without stopping. When someone finally did come to window he slid it open and said “what up”. I get home and plate some chicken up for my kiddo before putting groceries away. Imagine the shock when I look up and notice the piece he is eating looks a bit undercooked! I check multiple pieces and we received a box of undercooked bloody chicken. When I called the person who answered the phone told me “oh that happens to a piece sometimes, it was cooked at the right temperature” I explain further that it is all of the chicken, not just a piece. I temped the chicken with a meat thermometer and it read 132 degrees…… I am MORTIFIED that I gave this to my child. I pray he doesn’t get sick.

While the restaurant is family-friendly, the food just wasn’t up to par. The pizza and desserts were cold and seemed like they had been sitting out for a while. The salad bar also didn’t feel fresh. Overall, we didn’t feel like we got our money’s worth. For a first visit, it was disappointing, and we probably won’t be returning anytime soon.
