  1 Ordered online and receive confirmation 2 Arrived at the store and told order was not there, sent me to another store who also didn't have it 3 Calle this store again and spoke to the manage who again said "not Here" 4 after giving my phone number (instead of name) yes they had the order. 5 Manager Stated that "you should never order online because its a terrible system" 6 When I got home the Pizza was not cut, 7 The bread sticks were not cut 8 Purchase 2 extra marinara sauce, what I received would not have filled one of the container

  Made ann order that they messed up with the price and what was supposed to have on the pizza. Then the manager “RON” had the balls to get upset and try to blame me!! Won’t be back because of RON. I get that it’s busy and they are frustrated, but don’t be like that RON! Customers deserve better!

  I went to four Pizza huts today define one that is dine in. It was the one on highway 40 across from Hy-Vee Imagine my glee when I go inside and find their salad bar is empty and non-functional and their drink machine is also down. Talking to the highly informed young lady over the counter, she tells me they're working to bring the salad bar back up anytime. I said you mean this evening? She said no no it's been down since covid but they're working hard to bring it back. Unfortunately this is the type of scenario you find every place you go anymore. My chemistry studies taught me that the world is trending towards entropy or chaos. That's certainly seems to be the case all around us anymore no matter what it is you're talking about

  Always correct on the order, usually they have it ready for me by the time I am there 15 minutes later. they have a drive through windows if you prefer minimum contact, or a very small dining area to wait while you pick up the pizza. Wouldn't recommend dine in, but it's possible to do. Pizza is well done and of the quality I expect from Pizza Hut.
