  I went to four Pizza huts today define one that is dine in. It was the one on highway 40 across from Hy-Vee Imagine my glee when I go inside and find their salad bar is empty and non-functional and their drink machine is also down. Talking to the highly informed young lady over the counter, she tells me they're working to bring the salad bar back up anytime. I said you mean this evening? She said no no it's been down since covid but they're working hard to bring it back. Unfortunately this is the type of scenario you find every place you go anymore. My chemistry studies taught me that the world is trending towards entropy or chaos. That's certainly seems to be the case all around us anymore no matter what it is you're talking about

  Always correct on the order, usually they have it ready for me by the time I am there 15 minutes later. they have a drive through windows if you prefer minimum contact, or a very small dining area to wait while you pick up the pizza. Wouldn't recommend dine in, but it's possible to do. Pizza is well done and of the quality I expect from Pizza Hut.

  Placed an order through this store via the online portal, confirmation email showed food will arrive in 42 minutes. Received numerous text messages notifying me that the delivery time would be delayed. An hour after ordering, receive a text telling me that DoorDash will be delivering the pizza, instead of Pizza Hut. After an hour and a half I logged on to check the status, only to find out my order had been canceled! All the text messages and not one of them warning me my order had been canceled! They apparently have the time to coordinate DoorDash delivering the food instead of their own delivery drivers, but not the time or common courtesy to give me a phone call letting me know they canceled my order!

  Could make sure I get my order instead of someone else! At least they made it right and brought me another order but I had to wait at least another 45 minutes.

  I purchased The Edge. Years ago, when Pizza Hut offered the Edge, they added more toppings to cover the pizza. Now, the toppings were simply spread more thinly.
