She steady on the phone. Whoever she was talking to and aesthetic and I was the one in the drive-through honk my horn twice very rude very disrespectful and I’m sick of it. The only reason I come here is because it is three doors down from my job, but she’s very rude and very disrespectful and someone needs to check her attitude. I was on my lunch and good thing. I was not in the mood for no BS but she’s very rude so how are you gonna be on the side on the phone talking on your phone instead of paying attention who was pulling up to that delivery window it doesn’t make any sense so I need to do better training about these employees y’all got because apparently she’s there for a chick she’s not there for Customer Service.

Reading and understanding the contents of a receipt should be a skill the manager possesses. Lying should not be an acceptable response. But when you can't find an order in ur system or a pizza sitting in the warmer u have to find some way to deflect.. taking offense to your desperate pleads to perform thier duty seems to be the consensus If Anyone is interested.. reach out.
