  Mak was absolutely the best. I made a mistake on my order by getting the wrong flavor of wings one hour before closing. Mak didnt even think for a second and said "give me 5 minutes and I can remake them." That's not needed. I made the mistake. I can pay for it. Or I can suck it up and move on. A business based on food would be inclined to make me make that decision - but a person focused onu customer service! That's different! I have worked in food industry for years. On the final hour, you want nothing more than to clean and chill, and I'm generally one of the best workers at any place. Mak would blow me out of the water. Mak was working alone with no orders on a weekend night. Store was clean, and yet SHE BREAKS OUT THE MOP. I KID YOU NOT. Cleaning not just the floor but under shelves. She was also super friendly and fun to talk to. I hope this review gets to the right people because this kind of ethic deserves a raise, or promotion, or some form of advancement. If everyone on earth was like Mak, things would be much better. Thanks for making my night. I wish you the best!

  This place sucks, they are very unprofessional and don’t care much for their customers. I ordered a pizza online for delivery with the same app that I’ve been using for the last 4 years. I always order delivery because I’m handicapped and can’t drive and enable to go pick up my pizza. Even if I made the mistake of ordering pickup the should have been more considerate instead of arguing with me on the phone and laughing at me in the background. when I call to check on my order, but they put me through the ringer back forth with store managers, and I could even hear them laughing like a bunch of school kids. Then I got connected with corporate and they were no better, playing it off until I told them to just give me a refund. I had been ordering pizza from them for the past 4 years but for some reason they did me dirty all in the sake of business. After my refund is posted on my account I will delete their app and never be bothered with them again, the only reason why I choose them in the first place is because they are they are located a block away from my house. I will never order food from there store again or any other Pizza Hut, you have to be some kind of deranged individual to laugh and poke fun of handicapped people instead of trying to help them figure out the problem !!!

  My pizza had no sauce. I mean, it had a little bit, maybe a quarter of what it should have had. Basically no sauce and i even tipped lol.

  I was You're thankful for his hospitality and fixing the order that the call center messed up I think you appreciate him so much
