    They now use Door Dash no big deal. However, when I had an issue with my order, not only did they not correct it because they don't have drivers but they would not give a store credit for the error. So they screw up, and it is just tough luck.

    My family has been ordering from this Papa John's location for 12+ years. Have always been pleased with the quality of the pizza. As far as the timeliness of the delivery, never had a big issue (5-10 minutes early or late is not a problem). We often order for large groups 8-10 pizzas and use the scheduling of the delivery for a set time and never had an issue. The last 3-4 deliveries have all been 20+ minutes late. This last Saturday our delivery was 45 minutes late. I called a couple of times and all I was told was the delivery is on its way. When the pizza finally arrived, the person just left it at the front steps. Not even ringing the doorbell even though we selected the 'normal door delivery option.' Not sure what has happened if it is management or lack of employees or both. We are sad and disappointed that our go-to pizza delivery place has been going downhill. Will start looking for a new place.

    Again, the delivery is 30-45+ minutes late. Not total delivery time, but late (we ordered the pizza six hours ago to be here when we got back from a kids birthday party.) It's only a matter of time until this place goes out of business. They've (finally) lost ours.
