To be fair, we arrived shortly before closing--because I never dreamed they'd be closing at 5pm, even on a Sunday. But warm coffee should still be a given. The second time, last friday in December, was too much. They were out of pastries? The kiosk told us one thing, employees told us another. So I couldn't get the bread I wanted on my sandwich because the kiosk said they were out, but my boyfriend got that same bread on his sandwich...? I had to send something back twice and my bag of chips was open at the corner. The people making the food seemed a little lost. The ice machine wasn't working, but the workers were accommodating about it and this wasn't their fault.

The view of the Crowne Centre Mall made the wait more tolerable, but under normal circumstances, it would be too long. Unfortunately, I was also overcharged for my meal. I originally ordered at the kiosk, but because I require paper receipts for school district reimbursement, I reordered with a cashier. My cashier, Kaci, overcharged me, and the total exceeded $10, which disqualified me from reimbursement. This was disappointing, as I do not appreciate feeling taken advantage of—whether in time or cost. Please see attached photos for details.
