First, the self-ordering kiosk would not take my gift card, so I wasted time trying to order my food. I eventually just had to go read my order to the cashier to get my card to work. Second, the portion of chicken I got on my sandwich was a joke. It was maybe 1 to 1.5 ounces of chicken. Luckily the manager did offer me more to put on my sandwich which I appreciated, but apparently it was the right portioned size of chicken that goes on all their sandwiches. This is not a location specific issue but rather a company issues. Like most other restaurants, they are raising prices and reducing portion sizes of meat. In addition, all the meat, cheese, and sauce was placed in the middle of the sandwich so that the ends were nothing but bread.
