Yesterday, the girl made my drink hit instead of ice and when I told her it was iced she didn’t remake it just poured a hot drink on top of ice. My drink had none of the toppings I had requested and was disgusting and bland. Today, I didn’t even get to get my drink because of how slow and long it took them to make my drink even with me being the only person in the restaurant. Made me late for work and still left with no drink that I spent over $5 on. This is completely unacceptable and I have yet to receive a refund for both days.
