    Worst Panera I’ve been to. They are very friendly but it doesn’t make up for their lack of attention to detail. I’ve ordered the cheddar broccoli soup bread bowl with a baguette, twice. Both times they forgot my bread bowl. When I call to talk to someone, I select option 2 and it rings then hangs up.

    I’m a member of the Sip club, so I was only there to get Coffee. There was no regular coffee. There was decaf. There was no one at the cash register. After I finally found somebody to tell, one of the coffee urns was replaced. With lukewarm coffee. Yuck! They were also out of half-and-half. Cleanliness in this particular Panera is substandard. There was some dried spilled coffee on the table I chose to sit at and a lot of trash on the floor, including a flossing pic. Again, yuck! This was at 3 o’clock in the afternoon. Maybe they will have solved these problems by dinner time.
