I visited this location on 8/15 and ordered at the mobile kiosk. Was waiting for 30 minutes when someone in line finally told me that the store was 2 hours behind on orders. No employees communicated this to any of us prior to ordering. I was not able to wait 2 hours for my food as it was supposed to be to go.I have been trying to get a refund ever since, and Panera keeps telling me this was issued. I have NOT received any refund. Stuff like this is ALWAYS happening at this location. I would not recommend going here to anyone.
