- GGgary green3 days ago2.0The food was absolutely terrible and had been sitting for quite a while. The coffee was bitter, and the service was nonexistent at the end of the whole thing I’ve got to say that the manager was more than fair. He refunded our money for the meal. I hate put up the review, but I hate for people that go in there and expect to get Panera bread food like we’ve had at other place. This is not one of them.

Today I was give a bowl of mashed potatoes like the bottom of the soup pan was scraped like I got the last little bit and there is nothing soupy about this. I was looking forward to finally eating after I did not get a break at work and had an appointment to rush to.
- AOANA OFeb 9, 20261.0This review goes straight to the Manager of this place. - this is a common food-safety issue when gloves are handled incorrectly. I noticed front cashier this morning put on gloves without washing their hands first and touched multiple surfaces while handling the gloves then proceeded to serve the bakery item which defeats the purpose of wearing them. It would be much more sanitary to use tongs when serving bakery items. It's cleaner, and prevent direct contact with food.

Nothing special about either one. 17 minutes later I got my food. Inexcusable! There were several people working, not many people in the parking lot or Lobby and yet nothing. If I wouldn’t have paid I would have left. I was late to my second job and the only thing said was “sorry about that, it just got busy all of a sudden.”
