Wonderful experience for Veterans Day even though we had to wait since arrived at peak time of 7pm and they had run out the steak & cheesecake offered on the special menu. The coconut shrimp was amazing & best ever had anywhere including Hawaii! Food is always delicious with reasonable prices at this Outback that provides extra friendly speedy service!

Tonight, my wife, her aunt, and her mother visited your Outback Steakhouse location for Veterans Day, and their experience was extremely disappointing.
From the start, their waiter did not provide utensils, and my mother in law had to take them from another table. They were repeatedly ignored while guests around them were helped consistently. At one point, they even had to ask a chef walking by to bring their cheesecakes because the male waiter never followed through.
When it was time to leave, the waiter said he would return with to-go containers but never did, so they had to get up and find them on their own. Throughout their visit, the waiter was attentive to other tables but not to them.
Both my wife and her aunt are veterans, and yet when the bill came, they were charged for all meals. When they asked about their Veterans Day discount, they were suddenly asked for ID even though no one else around them was questioned. Their mother, who is not a veteran, should have been the only one charged, but instead my family was treated differently and unfairly. And the food portion was very small… the veterans free meal I understand but my mother in law was paying out-of-pocket and was very disappointed.
To make matters worse, they were trying to leave because our nine-month-old was crying and clearly distressed, and still no help was offered.
I am extremely disappointed. The one time I was not with my family, they were mistreated, and what should have been an evening honoring veterans turned into a frustrating and disrespectful experience. Shame on this location for allowing such treatment.

Veterans Day reservation for 6:15 for my family because they wanted to celebrate Veterans Day with their veteran father. Arrived at 6:15 to be told it will be an hour and a half to two hours before we can be seated. Outrageous! Why would you over book on Veterans Day that deep?!? Everyone that was walking in with reservation were then walking out because of the wait. Disrespectful to customers to allow reservation to be made with no intention of fulfilling them! My family and I will never enter another Outback because of this one experience. It just shows that these franchises are care more about maximum profits at the expense of the customer experience.

Came for veterans deal, no fine print about 1 per table until your already ordering. steak was over peppered and couldn't get a drink corrected. Haven't been here in years and now I remember why. Never felt so invisible for my military service as I felt here today.
