- LVLuis ValentinNov 7, 20251.0Daniel Trevino needs to be assessed and repositioned. He's unfit to lead a team and the service is lacking. I went in, paid for my food and was delivered my food. I like to chit chat with staff and make friends so I was doing that, and the old lady behind the counter Irma took my food and with a smart ass lil smirk goes "you need to pay or no food." I thought i had paid already so I thought it was a joke and was laughing along with it. Then she never gave it back. I asked for management and instead of anyone telling me there was a mistake they're just escalating things, Daniel the worst of all. It took for me to start raising my voice before people started listening. Daniel says he was going to ban me from the store, and continuing to escalate when the problem from the start was that my tap to pay attempted with the wrong card. When someone finally told me what was up I fixed it in 3 seconds and they still wouldn't give me fresh food, instead choosing to act like they don't speak English while laughing and smiling at Daniel. I'm not surprised when looking at the type of people we're talking about here, but cmon do better.

This is the worst McDonald’s I ever been to. My order has been either wrong/missing something or just someone else’s order. Once I went back through to fix it and they gave me the wrong order a second time. Their frappe and ice cream machines are always down or being cleaned. Awful service. Never going back.
