Service and consistency are great considering that they have several employees that are experiencing their first job. These are the places we should be supporting, I wish more companies would follow McDs leadership of workforce development and hire more high-school kids. However, keep in mind that these are kids learning the real world and we need to nurture these early work experiences. Try to be understanding and not act like a jerk.

I asked the same employee who was the manager on duty, he said he was & proceeded to lie about washing his hands in the kitchen. I said I don't believe that & he got rather unruly before a another employee pulled him away. No chance I'll ever stop here again.
