I ordered online at 3:10 i got there at about 3:20 and went in the drive thru the drive through was a standstill after i had checked in which is no problem at all because i know they get busy and sometimes are under staffed especially around 3. However what is not okay is that I went in and stood at the front counter and was walked past several times by workers who saw me there, made eye contact, and not a single one asked how they could help me or what i was waiting on. 15 minutes passed before I had to yell “excuse me” to the back to get someone’s attention to help me get my food. All of these workers saw me there and 2 of them weren’t even busy. Very disappointing and they have awful workers who ignore customers at the front counter.
