Placed a mobile order at 10:48pm. Showed up and waited at the drive thru for several minutes for no one to answer and shut everything off. I pulled up to the window to let them know I placed a mobile order. Two girls working looked at me and laughed when I was calling the restaurant to inform them I had an order and they didn’t answer the drive thru BEFORE 11. Proceeds to answer the phone and talk to each other saying “I’m not answering this call” and hung up on me. Very unprofessional. Sucks that this happened considering I live down the street and is the closest one near me.

I am so tired of everytime I come here my order is messed up food never fresh all those teenage kids in there working and playing this is people food yal have who expecting quality food for what they’re spending and on top of that yal have people waiting forever for COLD food DO BETTER !

The mobile app wasn’t working for my pickup order so the white girl had me pay for a second meal and I never got a refund for the first order. 10/10 dont recommend the mobile app or this place at all.
