Management doesn’t help customers and apparently when you order on the app, and it won’t show up in their end-they will be rude and also ignore you and not offer any type of help or even consider giving you the food you already prepaid for. Horrible service! Tried handing me the wrong order! Had me reorder it on my app, then STILL DIDN’T SHOW UP IN THEIR SYSTEM, I went inside and by that time BREAKFAST WAS OVER & manager was too busy to help me. If I could give this place a 0 star I would. Do better!

When I'm the only one asked to pull around and wait, I don't give it much though... Though when 8 people line up behind me to wait after ordering, I wonder what happened in the kitchen.
What prompts the review is when a single person, with 8 bags, I sent out to figure out who's food goes to which car, and he starts at the back... A little over 15mins to get my food. I was the last one to get it. And fries were cold. Would have gone in if the burger was cold too... Review could have been worse... The adult giving the food said they didn't understand English well, and I legitimately dont know if he was just saying it to avoid arguments with people. All I asked was that he start with the person waiting the longest, not at the back of the line...
Edit: supposedly had to wait to get it "well done"... they didn't even get that right...

Came through the drive-thru asked for a double quarter pounder with cheese. No ketchup, no mustard. Add Mac sauce. I always ask for it fresh when I come through and what did I get? I got a microwaved double quarter Panda with cheese. No onions on it, pickles and Mac sauce. This is like the third or fourth time. I think I've come to this McDonald's and it's happened so I'm not even going to turn around and go back but I will just keep leaving reviews like this every time I come around. Thank you!

Store manager and staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. Fries were not bagged properly and they don't know how to count to 3. When you load fry cups into the bag, they should stand upright in the bag. Laying them down in the bag causes fries to fall out of the fry cup and keeps you from seeing how many fry cups are in the bag. Also, a receipt was never offered during the visit, which is a very common experience at this location. This makes it seem you shorted us purposely since when I came in to complain you responded by requesting the receipt. Either give the receipt to EVERY customer or accept your mistakes when the customer complains. I've worked for McDonald's for a long time. Became an area manager in California. I know how things should run in your store and you're failing. Don't think for a minute that you're better than your customers. Your customers keep you employed. That makes them more important than you. Keep that in mind.
