  I'd give them zero stars if I could. Terrible customer service. Check your orders before bringing them to the table. Several items were missing from mine, and they said I hadn't ordered them. The food was cold and tasted stale. I'm a regular McDonald's customer, but I'll never go back to this one. The place is clearly unclean. And you can only use the bathroom after you've made a purchase.

  Since when do they not allow people to walk up to the window and order. Honestly I feel like it's a matter of lazy workers. Who look for any excuse to not do their job. I will never find myself eating here again. I'll just take my happy no car having behind down to taco bell then. At least there ill be able to walk up to the window and get a godforsaken drink!!!!!!!!!!!

  As has become my standard anywhere that required me to wait and ask an employee to unlock the door to the bathroom or doesnt provide one at all gets 1 star from me stop treating us like we are in pre k please

  Terrible simplemente terrible pedí una hamburguesa con pollo mayonesa y lechuga y 3 piezas de tóxico además de un mocha y me llegó la orden de un tal Raúl que pidió 20 nuggets de pollo con papas fritas y una coca cola y estoy seguro de que a Raúl le llegó mi orden por error ya entiendo por qué tiene 3.5 estrellas

  The person handing out the order looked in the bag, at the monitor and then back in the bag before handing it out with a look like she knew something was wrong. It was. I was missing fries and my sauces. She gave me the fries with still no sauce. I asked again for sauce and then she finally gave me some. When we got home, I took a few bites of my burger and realized something else was wrong. I opened my MCDOUBLE and all that was on it was ketchup, a SINGLE pattie, NO cheese, and six pickles (stacked up and only on one side of the burger). The bun was hard and the pattie was dry. But with the location crawling with panhandlers (for example, the man that stood tucked behind the building in between the drive thru and cashier window trying to sell pre-opened 'air fresheners') I did not want to try and fix a problem with people coming up to my car. My dog did enjoy the burger though.
