  Foods never fresh fries are either under cooked or over cooked and the service is only decent when going to drive they take forever if your in the lobby

  Used to always get coffee around closing time, now they keep denying service of coffee and replacing my mobile order coffee with a regular drink. Ive shopped here consistently for almost a full year, getting coffee past 10:30pm every single time until the past 2 times. I dont get off work till 10:30pm so this is ridiculous. Manager said that its not worth their time to make a thing of coffee past 10:30, then maybe remove the option off the mobile app so i dont keep wasting my time.

  Stopped here 11/15/25 around 830pm for some fries. They were burnt and nearly inedible. Very disappointed.

  Had a delivery from this location through app, came cold and missing food. Went to restaurant myself to correct and found mass chaos...orders taking forever, people in lobby complaining of order times. One young man standing behind only register doing nothing. Lobby is a mess, my whole order was redone, but with an attitude. Last visit to this location as this is the crescendo of the last 3 trips here. Avoid at all costs, seems as though quality is not a concern for this McDonald's anymore!

  Did a moble order and drove there to pick it up. Got there and I was told someone stole my order. They refused to remake it and told me the moble order is only meant to be used when I was in their parking lot and im supposed to then walk in and wait for my food. Ive never heard of this from any food company let alone McDonald's. (Not sure how doordash works then cause im pretty sure you order your food online and then the doordash drives there to pick it up without having to sit in the parking lot all day for a order) I then requested for a manager and the guy I was talking to said he was the manager. Honestly didnt seem like he was one but im not sure. I told him "so anyone can just walk in and grab food and walk out and there's no verification to make sure im grabbing the right food or if i even ordered?" He then proceeded to tell me no and that's pretty much how it goes. I then asked for a refund and was told if I wanted to have my food I had to reorder it and pay and I could call customer service to get my first order disputed. Manager was reluctant to give me his name so i then asked for a business card and told me he doesnt have one. But he did ended up writing his name down on a napkin. Or so I think it was his name (Aranaudo) but no last name. So safe to say I / my coworkers who were there will not be returning there again. The "manager" was very rude and didnt seem to care about the issue and just wanted me out of his hair. All I wanted was to have my food remade and I would have been happy and satisfied.
