  Paid for an order through the mobile app that had hotcakes, hashbrowns, and drinks. When we placed this order it was 10:22, we arrived at 10:24. When we arrived we sat in the drive through where we moved none. At 10:28 I went in and told the guy our order number. He came back 10 minutes later saying he couldn’t honor it because when HE went to the back and tried to do the order, it was already 10:30 and it wouldn’t let him. They proceeded to tell us we could come get it another day, like we’re trying to pre-order some hotcakes and hasbrowns… terrible experience, service, and shows how they value their customers. They could have easily went in the back and got the hotcakes and hashbrowns that come PRE FROZEN and warmed them up. Just because food is “off the menu” doesn’t mean it’s not in y’all’s freezer.

  I had just got 3 $5 meal deals and I’m missing all three fries !!!! No way to even contact the McDonald’s since I’m not able to get back to the place ! How would I contact this place so I can get my refund or my 3 small fries that I’m missing out of my meal !

  They have the nastiest customer service when you call the phone number.It's off the hood because they have so many customer complaints. The young man working at the drive through at two fifty on november third is very inconsiderate and rude. It was very obvious he does not like his job. But he chose to work there. I have never in my life.Had customer service like that in a drive thru.......update nov. 5th 9:48pm there's not anything to look into.No need to send me a generic link to explain to you the issue again.I've already explained the problem in my review. The service was awful.I could hear the worker yelling at the customer from the lane over. I don't need a free burger or fries. You guys have a bigger problem,and it just can't be fixed with food. The worker was just l awful.It is what it is.I just need people to know that from reading my review,and the only reason I gave it one star because it will not let you give zero. According to some of the other reviews that I read on here.This facility needs help

  Watched employee drop my door dash customers sandwich on the ground then picked it up and put it in the bag. The store smells homeless people sleep in the lobby. It took them 10 minutes to take my order and when she did she had a major attitude. Employees on break outside smoking marijuana cigarettes worst McDonald’s in the city.
