    Paid for an order through the mobile app that had hotcakes, hashbrowns, and drinks. When we placed this order it was 10:22, we arrived at 10:24. When we arrived we sat in the drive through where we moved none. At 10:28 I went in and told the guy our order number. He came back 10 minutes later saying he couldn’t honor it because when HE went to the back and tried to do the order, it was already 10:30 and it wouldn’t let him. They proceeded to tell us we could come get it another day, like we’re trying to pre-order some hotcakes and hasbrowns… terrible experience, service, and shows how they value their customers. They could have easily went in the back and got the hotcakes and hashbrowns that come PRE FROZEN and warmed them up. Just because food is “off the menu” doesn’t mean it’s not in y’all’s freezer.

    I had just got 3 $5 meal deals and I’m missing all three fries !!!! No way to even contact the McDonald’s since I’m not able to get back to the place ! How would I contact this place so I can get my refund or my 3 small fries that I’m missing out of my meal !
