Phoenix a young man was the best, he was interrupted by a man which seem to be the manager and he was absolutely rude to Phoenix. We told the young man please do not let that bother him and make sure he continues to do the best job that he has done.

Whatever happened to having a person at the register taking care of customers? No one, I mean nobody was tending to the customer. Multi task all you want, but customer at the counter is first.
