This place is inconsistent as can be. Always order the same thing, double quarter pounder meal. Sometimes it's great, but half the time it's sucks. Only get a single instead of a double like i order and Sometimes they put so much salt that it's inedible. Sometimes the fries are great and sometimes they are cold and mushy, but they always charge me the same amount. Only consistent thing they can do!!!

Customer service was beyond awful. The woman behind the counter ignored me for about 7 minutes at the front counter. 12.05.25. When she did finally wait on me, she was the exact opposite of nice. Also, there were two homeless guys in the back working on their aerosol container and they took turns going to the bathroom to get high. My friends and I usually go there the first Friday of the month, but we are never going back.

What is the point ordering ahead on the app when you still have to wait 5-10 when you get there??? This is unacceptable especially when you have to be to work… ergo why you ORDER AHEAD!!!😟
I am amending my review to one star because I literally only ordered two things oatmeal and a hash brown… They forgot the hash brown!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!! 🤬 I can’t go back because I’m already late for work because I had to wait on them to get two things and theymissed one!!!! This is at 5:40 in the morning and there was literally no one in the line and no one inside the store… UNACCEPTABLE!!! Beyond pissed off.

Every time DoorDash comes from the store you never get anything correct everything is wrong or it’s missing items. it’s not the DoorDash people fault it is the people at the stores fault they just pick up and deliver.
