When I pull up to order I asked for a #1 with hot chocolate the cashier told me they were washing it which I didn't mind. That I pull up. My order was 10.54 and I have him 11 dollars and didn't get my change. He than gave me my drink and and sandwich. I asked him for 2 ketchup and I told me they run out of ketchup which it was not the case because he had them next to him. When you go out for breakfast you would like to have a better atmosphere. It was a really bad service

Orders are either wrong or cold and old. And it seems that every single time I go there to get coffee, I have to wait because they seem to not know how to keep up on it. I don't know who owns or manages this store, but y'all can do better. And quit letting people stay around begging people for stuff. Makes me not want to visit at all.
