That said, the customer service was inconsistent and, in a few cases, disappointing. While many staff members were professional and helpful, several employees, particularly at the main service desk, one bartender, and a male staff member working the gift shop and ropes course/zipline, came across as dismissive and borderline disrespectful. This wasn’t universal, but it was noticeable enough to detract from the experience. On a positive note, the waitstaff supporting the bowling area were excellent. They were attentive, communicative, and did a great job advocating for us when issues arose with the bowling system and food and beverage service.

It started with a half hour delay to bowl because the lanes kept turning off and not returning balls. The manager was nice enough to bring us free funnel sticks and increased our time that was lost. Plenty of employees standing around but we never had a server to start or anyone to check on us throughout the hour and a half of bowling, tried ordering drinks through multiple people, they never came. I’m not sure how much money was wasted on games that didn’t work. Food was good, drinks priced fine but not at all worth the price for the experience your expecting.

We were sold an hour of bowling for 6 people but not only the lane we were using was broken and would not work properly, but multiple other lanes were doing the same. We never got to finish our game and service took so long that we literally were moved after getting our food. Half way in the middle of our meal we were told to grab all our stuff and find another place to sit with our game unfinished. Most games are also not working and when we notified management about it they just left the game for others to swipe and lose money with no reinbursment unless its brought up. Also, half the fixtures in the bathroom are turned off or not working. I will not be returning to this venue again.
