  The worst Jimmy John's. Did an online delivery order & never received it. Called the restaurant and whomever was working at JJ on Wornall on the evening of Sunday Nov 2nd told us there was nothing she could do nor could she give us information about JJ 'delivery service' except the name of the driver. Of course the receipt gives no details about it either. We then asked if they could just remake our order & we will pick it up. She then continued to avoid good customer service by lying saying they were closed. Acted like she was going to help then put us on hold after 15 minutes so we hung up. We tried to call back but went straight to full mailbox. The worst customer service. Will not go here again.

  I personally think this is one of the best Jimmy Johns around, they are prompt and accurate. At least that's my experience. Brittany is the nicest person and she has a great drive thru voice. Always my JJ of choice.

  Brandi does a great job running the store and is always professional and personable. Food is good and fresh. Always a positive experience.

  I am slightly obsessed with the Beach Club and want to give a major shout out to the person that made the one for me on July 30 around 7pm. THE best ever. Thank you!!
