Rude black girl with hair down her back in camo pants
Charged us for bacon never asked for it
Then told us she will have to charge our card another 48.00 just to refund the bacon charge
But from the reviews Jimmy John’s don’t care how rude their employees are

Horrible customer service made a sandwich with no meat and gave attitude when im trying to get a refund or the problem fixed. Horrible people working at this one. I would go to any others around!

We’ve come here for years and have just dealt with the slowness and bleary eyed staff because it’s right down the street and the product is usually decent. Today will be our last time.
My wife stopped into order three sandwiches and was met with a rude employee at the counter. He rolled his eyes when she said she wasn’t just “picking up” but placing an order. And then was short with her as she went through her order. I called the manager and she apologized - Nicole or Natalie. I appreciate that but for three subs at $28 we don’t need to be treated like we’re bothering the staff. I’ve worked I food service for years and understand being in the weeds. I let a lot slide before I’ll post a poor review but we won’t be back.
