Why is your menu NEVER lit up at night???? It's not legible and very frustrating if a person wants to order something new or different. I sat for 2 minutes last night at your dark menu watching someone mopping and no one ever asked to take my order. So I left. I really like JJs but my last 3 experiences including over 80 minutes for a delivery have been subpar. What's up JJs????

I could barely get anyone in the store to acknowledge me. The manager was there, but made no eye contact and talked to his employees the entire time. I stood in line for 10 to 15 minutes waiting for my sandwich. No one else was in the building at the time. They continued helping the people in their drive-through and made me wait. Definitely a pain when this was a for a lunch break.
