My job placed a delivery order for a meeting but someone gave the wrong date. This location made 15 lunch boxes for us to pick up in a hurry. The food was fresh & yummy, but the service was even better!

We went through the drive thru and it took forever, the staff was rude, and our orders were wrong after clarifying many times. We were yelled at in the drive thru when I asked what and took a second. When I pulled up to the window I payed for the food and the worker walked away. There was someone eating some food behind the counter and people were just walking around. Our food took so long that people behind us starting pulling off. Eventually we were given our food but our orders were both completely wrong. We were so done with the whole thing that we left with the incorrect orders.

I placed an order for deliver and waited over an hour before calling. Someone answered the phone and never even identified themselves as Jimmy John’s. When I asked if I had the correct number the woman responded like I was stupid. I then told her I was calling to check on an order status that had been placed over an hour ago. Before I could even finish talking she interrupted me and began speaking over me about how they were understaffed and had no delivery drivers. I told her I’d like to cancel my order and she said that was probably best since they probably wouldn’t even get it delivered to me. I understand if you’re short staffed, but why the hell are you still accepting orders for DELIVERY if you have NO DELIVERY DRIVERS??? Instead you’re just taking orders knowing you won’t be fulfilling them?!?! Cool.

The lady that took my order was very friendly but the mumbling dude that was at the register when I entered made my sandwich and gave me a roast beef with 2 thin slices of meat when I ordered a tuna. I didn't realize it till I got back to the job site so it was to late. Dude has a real attitude problem too.

Visited this Jimmy John’s on 1/20/26. No one answered the drive-through, so I went inside to order.
I observed an employee eating with her hands from the same ingredient bins used to prepare customer sandwiches, then immediately making our sandwiches without changing gloves.
Posting this so the location can address sanitation, glove-use standards, or shut down?
