- DBDang BerryNov 27, 20253.0A chick wearing with red hair and wearing a hoodie made the Iced banana cream latte that I ordered with extra banana and banana soft top. There is no flavor added at all! It is just milk, coffee, and regular soft top, she did add the jingle sprinks tho but it also has barely any soft top! I almost could not even see the soft top until I looked at it from the side! Sooo disappointing! i wasted almosy $8.00 on this terrible drink. If u do not know how to make iced coffee, you need to speak up and ask! I will always take a sip of the drink before leaving, and if it taste like this one I will request it be fixed. I just do not understand how u can forget to add banana on a banana cream iced latte! Do better, some peoples day relies on their coffee!

Weāve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means weāre stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. Youāll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
Weāre not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
Itās easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and thereās no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and youāll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way youād like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We arenāt able to take drink orders over the phone, but weāre excited to serve you! Donāt let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
