While waiting for my order I witness her yell loudly at the workers and then yelled at another "ive told you 3 time now that's a write up!" I understand write ups and all but pull that person in the back room and tell them. Don't ever degrade your employees infront of customers! Absolutely unbelievable. I feel sad for everyone having to work in such a toxic environment.....
