Finally got my coffee and it is watered down with barely any creamer and it taste genuinely awful. I personally love Dunkin’ Donuts, but my experience today was absolutely terrible.

I decided to try again and it is even worse than before. Corporate is no help because "this is a franchise location". They need to either get this location in shape or sell the building to a company who will serve the customers efficiently.
- APAnon PeetOct 30, 20251.0I would not suggest going to this Dunkin. I’ve been going here for 10 years and the last 3 or 4 times it’s just gone downhill. I went earlier this morning and I get the same drink everytime; the brown sugar shaken espresso with cold foam and mocha. I know what it taste like since it’s my usual and it’s good but recently it’s been tasting like straight up rubbing alcohol. I don’t know if maybe their stuff is going bad because, I know when vanilla gets expired it ferments and then taste like alcohol, or if their utensils aren’t getting cleaned out fully. The donuts are chewy and cold. Food is never close to being at least warm. I work in the coffee shop industry and I know for a fact we’d never let that happen under its a policy and health and safety protocols and regulations for customers. I understand that working for the food industry gets tough but with the most respectful way please do better, it’s an easy fix. I went to scooters instead to get coffee.
