- MMmorgan.Oct 12, 20251.0I asked for ketchup since there was none stocked. The young man making the food pointed to the young man taking orders at the register and said he would get it for me. I was waiting for the young man taking the orders to finish attending to customers in line. Then the young man making the food went to the back and then tossed two ketchup packets on the counter and turned around. I guess disrespect is the culture that was exhibited today. As I am traveling, I will be hesitant to visit this location again in my travels.

I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich on a bagel- 10 mins after I order they told me they were out of bagels. I updated it to an english muffin- 5 minutes later they said they were out of the english muffin. I asked If I could switch it for a breakfast taco and they told me no- I need to give you what you ordered and that I could take it up with the manager if I would like Very frustrated at the lack of care and communication at this location.
