It never reflects on the app. So you can order but you may get a random replacement item instead. They are frequently short staffed as well leading to long wait times. On the plus side, the employees are always friendly and apologetic. They seem to know the problem exists but are powerless to correct it.

I was waiting for the young man taking the orders to finish attending to customers in line. Then the young man making the food went to the back and then tossed two ketchup packets on the counter and turned around. I guess disrespect is the culture that was exhibited today. As I am traveling, I will be hesitant to visit this location again in my travels.

He really pissed me off, and I was so angry, I did not order anything. If you do not want to work here, just do not work there. Do not talk to everyone rudely and cost the owner money. I, then followed up with the manager. Not only did I find out Josh was not the associates real name, the manager handled it unprofessionally. Instead of apologizing in any way, he told me he would talk to "Josh" to find out what happened, and almost insinuated I was lying. Yeah, I am never eating here again.
