I ALWAYS tip the guys to show the gratitude for their hard work when there is a short in staff and only 2 ppl are working and 1 driver. They put those pizzas out pretty quick tho! Kudos!!

I had placed a large order at my school for 23 HUNGRY school age children that were relying on this delivery for their lunch. I happened to check the status of the order online shortly before delivery and it read CANCELED. What??? No courtesy phone call. I called the store and the manager, Stephen, was incredibly defensive and rude. His response was, "why are you trying to make my life hard?" when I complained that I had a classroom full of hungry children with no lunch. Truly the worse customer service I have ever received in my life.
