  I placed a delivery order at 9pm 2/28 for the $9.99 byo pizza. The woman was being rude, rushing me and over talking me. I told her she was being rude and she continued with attitude.When she finally took my order she quoted a price of $16 and some change for delivery. 5 minutes later I get a call from a man stating that they had no delivery drivers in which I knew was bs. I told him that they didn't close until 1am and that she would have stated that before taking my order. I called back to speak with a manager but got a different woman. I explained the situation, she said we do have a delivery driver and didn't know why they told me that, she then took my order for the second time, put me on hold looking for a coupon and then hung up. I called back and another wo.an was rude and hung up before stating she didn't see my order under my phone number but the man called my number to tell me that they didn't have a driver. The whole night shift should be fired, no respect, just rude for no reason, UNACCEPTABLE‼️My mame is Mollie Ross and I will be up there tomorrow to speak with the GM. Also after reading the reviews let's me know you all have done nothing to change your customer service. That night shift has no respect to for us customers. 2/28/2026

  In seeing the number of recent, 1-star, reviews, it appears this experience is the norm here. After logging in, I see the delivery time is 15-30 minutes, so the order was placed. Within a minute or so, a refund and cancelled message shows up through my bank and on the app. After doing this 3 times, I call the store, and am told the manager is busy, but with some persistence, someone identifying as Kathy/Cathy, a franchise owner, does come on the line, and claims they have no delivery drivers, and she called me to tell me as much. My phone is in my hand, and no calls were received; no idea what the purpose of being dishonest about something where the proof is readily available, but I continued, asking why the website still says delivery is available in about 30 minutes. The person claiming to be the franchisee says that's because the store can't stop delivery orders from coming in, or change the store status to delivery temporarily unavailable. Overall, the worst possible experience.

  Music was so LOUD apon entry she didn't even hear me. She (BF) was rude when she saw me and turned around to continue not to make 1 pizza but 5 more. I ordered online so it wasn't like I placing a new order. I would t have anyway with her attitude. I asked for lite sauce and extra cheese and there was hardly any cheese. NEVER EVER AGAIN. RUDE employees. Bad attitude.

  I had not eaten Domino's for years. Not really sure why.....Anyway, saw some deals and ordered recently. Then tonight ordered again. This is some of the best pizza I have had in a long time!!! Domino's on Wornall, KCMO.....SOLID!!!!

  Absolutely the worst service ive ever had at any restaurant. ANY restaurant. Seriously, order pizza hut. There is a reason this place has 2.7 stars. I ordered a pizza and it was delayed 4 times to over an hour and 15 minutes. I was at the new Fowling place and the driver only called ONCE and didn't wait nor even try to come inside to us. I left a note in the app where we were at. I called to find out what happened and the guy on the phone was unbelievably arrogant, belligerent and had no sense of customer service. Dominos is Dominos. The pizza is....meh. but THIS PLACE!!!! Absolute garbage. 💯
