    Was no chicken on the Pizza?There was no bacon and there were no jalapenos.Upon calling the store and trying to explain to the store manager, he was very a brutally rude and told me that he could not fix my Pizza until 2 hours later or I could put my name in a book.He hung up in my face on several occasions.This is unprofessional , and I would like to speak to someone higher up to pursue this situation as soon as possible

    Do not order here if you value your time and respect yourself, you will regret it if you value honesty and hours of your life. Order says 15 minutes until ready for pickup when you place it online… That is a lie. It will be at least an hour, and they’re already holding your money hostage cause you have to pre-pay. There are no updates that items been delayed so you WILL be waiting 45 minutes at the store. Don’t support a terrible owner keeping the store understaffed, and don’t let yourself get scammed. You will regret buying from here like I do. Wasted 2 hours for sub-par pizza when I had a birthday party full of 7th graders waiting. Made me look like a bad parent cause of pure mismanagement.

    2 hours after ordering and nothing. Called the store multiple times and they would just pick up and leave the phone. Worst Dominos I’ve ever ordered from, would give 0 stars if possible.

    Very disappointing experience at this Domino’s location. We ordered two medium pizzas and a soda and asked about the advertised special when placing the order, but were still charged full price. When I called to speak with the manager to clarify the issue, he was rude and dismissive, refused to provide his name and stated there was no one else I could speak with other than the owner, but also refused to provide the owner’s name. I remained polite and simply tried to resolve the situation, but was told there was nothing that could be done. Unfortunately, the food quality was also poor. The pizzas were dry, the toppings seemed old, and the overall quality was not what we expected. We ordered for our family and our children were hungry, so this was especially disappointing. I hope management reviews both the customer service and food quality at this location so other families have a better experience.

    I initially come here because its closer to my home but the way that the staff dont care about anything I have to say is inconsiderate. I make the same order on pizza and yet it still made wrong. The staff told me to “push the light cheese” even though I have proof of my order. The staff was a male on feb 1. 2026 at 8:20 . Hopefully this gets resolved especially since I pay .
