    Got two burritos to go. Ordered at about 6:00pm on 11/22. Got home and found a finger nail in my burrito.

    My food was stolen and it took around an hour for me to get a refund, and there was no way to contact the restaurant directly, so it took me an age just to get to a representative.

    Who ever made the rice put way to much salt in it and my carnitas was all fat no meat small portions of rice I couldn't finish the meal due to loss of appetite and distaste for the whole bowl i would recommend asking for a sample before purchasing a meal from this location.

    I’ve tried SO HARD to like this new location but the drive thru service is awful. I’ve had to wait 10+ mins after promised time multiple times and one time over 40mins. And when it gets backed up they don’t make the excess orders on the front line. Which means you could just go in and skip the drive thru and get your food right away. I’ve been here over a dozen times and have really given them so many chances. Really disappointing.

    Tbh this is one of the worst Chipotle’s i’ve ever had. Staff was weird , I walked in the man didn’t greet or anything. Starting warming tortillas etc in my face before acknowledging me to order.. Mind you I eat chipotle like twice a week faithfully. I’ve tried pretty much every location around kc, nkc, kansas etc. This one takes the cake for the worst food quality ever. The chips were stale both bags lol. My food was colddddd!! I got half chicken/half carne and the meat was lacking both color and flavor. Steak was super chewy. The atmosphere is nice! and it is by far one of the cleanest chipotle locations I’ve visited but that’s the only positive things I have to say. Please do better 🫰🏼
