  The cute blonde chick who asked me what I wanted barely put any beans or meat in a 15 dollar meal. People seem to have no foresight into their actions these days. Way to single handedly make a large adult male displeased with service.

  To go .the place was clean. I didn't like the way my food was thrown together .got a kids quesadilla. Stuck together there was foil in the food so had to throw a portion away bc of this .

  I don’t know why we keep going to chipotle anymore. They all have gone down hill bad but this location is the worse. Our order is always wrong and always missing things. I think as a family we are done with chipotle and I will tell everyone to avoid at all cause. Chipotle literally sucks anymore

  this is by far the worst chipotle near i already didn't want to go here and told my boyfriend to go to a different chipotle, the people rude. The service is terrible & what im paying for doesn't match what im getting especially barely any chicken and MOUNTAIN of sour cream not worth it. BESIDES that i got a chicken bowl and one of my pieces of chicken was RAW are you kidding me?? disgusting don't go here

  This is hands down the WORST chipotle location. I’ve tried to give it so many chances because it is close to where I live, but the only thing consistent about it is that it sucks. Staff is SO rude. You sit at the window forever if you order a drive thru pickup. They finally come to the window & say “NAME?” No customer service. My meals are always so small, taco shells broken, skimpy on toppings, chicken burnt, fajita veggies not even cooked, etc. Tonight I was there around 6:30 pm & they told me they were out of brown rice. I said “for the rest of the night?” They said yes. So I had them do a bowl with white rice. Not even 2 minutes later I’m waiting to pay at the register & the same girl who told me they were out of brown rice SCREAMS at the top of her lungs, “no more white rice, only brown rice!” So I looked at the cashier & I said, “This bowl needs to be remade then.” And she goes, “for real?” Um….. yes “for real.” I’m done giving this one chances. It is a bad experience every single time.
