Rice was bland at best. Was told they would charge extra for anything of 2 scoops of rice. We order extra rice and cheese and nothing else. Maybe they can stay charging less for all the stuff we don't put on our bowl. No other Chipolte had ever told us this. Don't come here.

I placed an order online for pick up at this location. I ordered extra rice and extra black beans. I would hate to see what my bowl would’ve looked like without asking for extra because it was so little. Very disappointed as this is the second time in a row this has happened to me at this location. Definitely not extra of anything!!! If you’re going to be so stingy then charge for the extra portions

Absolutely horrible customer experience. The woman building my bowl continued putting ingredients that I didn’t say I wanted and then got upset when I pointed it out. She then threw the bowl away and started throwing scoops of everything in the bowl like slop. The cashier also had an attitude which I didn’t appreciate. With no exaggeration it was the most rude food service interaction I’ve had this year and even last. The only kind one was the one who initially started my bowl. Please find a different location with staff that are better trained in customer service.

The food was incredibly bland. I used to love Chipotle but it has clearly gone down hill. The people working were extremely rude. They added sour cream to a bowl and I did not ask for that. After saying I didn’t want sour cream they added more sour cream before getting upset. When remaking the bowl they were literally throwing the food into the bowl. It made me very uncomfortable and I will not be returning. I will never be spending money at chipotle again.

This Chipotle location totally turned me off the brand all together. Used to be my go-to and would stop weekly after shopping nearby, but I got tired of pathetic portion sizes and incorrect or late orders when using the app. And on top of it drive thru staff was always rude or would ignore me for several minutes until I either had to lay on the horn or park and go inside. I’ve since moved out-of-state and thought I’d give Chipotle another try and still disappointed with small portion sizes, but this particular location remains the worst Chipotle service experience I’ve ever had. Reading the other reviews here seems like everyone has the same issues, and I’m shocked Chipotle corporate has not stepped in and cleaned house. Clearly horrible management and culture of poor service persist at this location and it does not inspire confidence in the brand…
