  Karime is the most disrespectful worker I've ever encountered at any restaurant. From the start she had a nasty attitude. I haven't ate Chipotle for about a year, the last time I had chipotle other than this time, I didn't come back because this location had associates with a nasty attitude and I placed an online order for a burrito and all it had in it was sour cream and rice. This time, the associate started with "what do you want?" Not even a welcome or a smile. I asked for half of each protein and she said she won't do it. I said I'll pay if I have to (she ended up charging me for triple meat on it, $20 bowl is insane). I asked to speak with the manager, the manager was incompetent, he didn't do anything about the associates. They were gossiping and saying nasty things about me in Spanish, I understand everything they said, and the manager did nothing! She just stood there.

  Anyone else feel cheated on the protein? The sign on the window shows 32g protein overflowing their large cup. Irks me hard that they don't follow their own rules. False advertising. Every. damn. time. And no, saying something doesn't lead anywhere.

  Floor and base boards are Filthy, youn man running register 2 days ago was Very Sick ...Not Healthy, I go ( use to ) twice a week, yesterday was my last, bowl was Skimpy, Steak was mostly Fat, chips were HORRENDOUS....oil saturated, the few chips that were crunchy had dried cheese on them. This Host was OK, Demelo...she was training...which is Cool, I ate only 1/3 of chips and Steak bowl and was Sick. You had homeless people outside digging through trash cans at Main Entrance. $ 17.60 dollars of scraps and old chips used to expand fair chips. Order #295 2/27/2026 4:12 pm. Little Hispanic Girl is a worker, ran the line by herself, 6 employees doing Nothing.

  No matter what location & no matter who is working, I have literally Never received any poor service & I've Never got any food from Chipotle that I didn't absolutely Love! I'd be shocked if I Ever heard Anyone say that they Didn't receive excellent service or excellent food from any Chipotle restaurant....and I might say that they are lying-liars! As long as Chipotle continues to invest in good employees & in fresh, good food...they will Never disappoint!   very small portions of meat. Like 7 little chunks of chicken. Not worth it. Even my 5 year old commented on her kids tacos there was no chicken.
