No one wants sour cream, guac and salsa smeared on the outside package of their food. Also, I don’t know what was given to me, but this is definitely not a burrito. Customer service was a joke and did absolutely nothing for me. Choose wisely when going here.

Went in at 4pm, the guy who made my burrito(tall heavy set Hispanic? guy, with a mustache) was cleaning his hands and putting on gloves, he had liquid of some sort dripping from his hands while putting on his gloves and so his gloves were covered with liquid which then ended up on my burrito tortilla and burrito when he rolled, it.....ugh it was nauseating, then the rice warmer was mostly empty and he scraped the remnants into my burrito, I like queso on my burritos but the queso had a crust on top, hadn't been stirred in hours and was mostly empty and looked gross, I said that to him and he just kind of mumbled and seemed confused, he dumped a huge spoonful of pico from the mostly empty watery container into the heap and rolled it with his wet, dirty hands. I asked to maybe remove some pico but he seemed loopy or confused, and I couldn't understand what he said. I took the burrito home and threw it away and had to go spend $20 somewhere else on another meal. I really was hoping they'd get it together, I'm not sure who does the hiring but sheesh, there are people looking for jobs, where are you finding these people. It seemed to be getting better with the pony tail guy with the tats but whoever the manager on this shift is or the hiring person needs to find better people. I also watched the other big heavy set guy destroying a womans burrito after me, oof, how can it be that hard in this economy to find diligent people who aren't like only half there.
