  Employees are very rude. EVERYTIME I come there’s a new crew. Last visit won’t ever return going to the new on just opened on bannister .

  Very dissatisfied with my chicken bowl purchased there yesterday to go I was very disappointed the small portion of chicken was burnt I mean charred burnt and definitely scraps. Never again!!

  This Chiotle is very hit or miss. Some days, best service and great food. Other days, meh service and meh food. I do mobile order often to save time and honestly, it's rarely ready when it should be at this location. Not my favorite location, but it's the easiest one for me to get to.

  Went here last night around 8 with my daughter and her friend. We were met with the news that they were out of pico, fajita veg, black beans and sour cream. Thry were also out of all of the lemonades, but didnt mention it when we ordered drinks as well. The kids were starving, so we decided to make it work. But then I see that they have literally ALL OF THE INGREDIENTS THEY SAID THAT THEY WERE OUT OF on another work station, so I asked if I could please have what I came there for and was denied. They said those ingredients and that prep station was only for online orders and refused. No apology, no offer for a discount- just a flat refusal. Really?!? You have people standing in front of you trying to order and are turning them away so that you can fulfill online orders?!? I cant believe that they wouldnt just shut off online ordering and serve the line of people in the restaurant what they came there for. I highly doubt I will ever be back.
