  Extremely Disappointed — Not Clean & No Customer Service We came into this Chipotle around 8:30 PM and immediately felt unwelcome. No one greeted us when we walked in, and the restaurant was a mess — food all over the floors and tables. When we approached the counter, the employee finishing a to-go order looked at us multiple times but never said a word. The gentleman by the grill also looked at us, then at him, and still said nothing. Even the woman at the register just stared without acknowledging us. More customers came in and still not a single greeting, no “we’ll be right with you,” nothing. It was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional, like we weren’t even supposed to be there. Between the lack of friendliness, the dirty environment, and the poor service, we ended up leaving and taking our business elsewhere. Very disappointing experience. Would not recommend this location.

  Did online order for a set time, they were twenty minutes late. Watched about a dozen counter customers get served before me. They missed several items from online order and I had to go back through.

  Customer service is non existent, make line is filthy as is the dining area. Staff more concerned with complaining about customers than actually helping the person in front of them. Will not be back.

  I ordered lunch for 9 of my staff members. We are located ~ 15 miles from this location, and when I brought the food back we discovered that 9 of 9 orders were incorrect. It wasn't even close. Multiple orders of carne asada and none of them had it. Veggie tacos came with meat on them. Nothing was marked - we opened everything up to compare it to what we had ordered and not one of the items was correct. 0% out of 9 attempts is ridiculous. We included a 15% tip on the order so you think they would have paid some form of attention to the order, but apparently not. We will never order from this store again, nor will I ever visit it again personally. If you are considering placing an online order with this store, I urge you to reconsider.

  The amount of food for the price is really not worth it. Chipotle is one of the only places I can eat at as a pregnant woman with GDM because it doesn’t make my blood sugar spike. I was really disappointed when I opened my bowl and it was only filled just a little bit more than halfway. I’d go back and get it remade but this Chipotle is the closest one to my house and I’d have to drive a whole hour just to get new food. Please do better Chipotle.
