I was denied service at the other location on N Chatham because employees decided to stop making food 20 minutes until close and inconvenience customers so they could get off quicker. Who runs out of rice when you’re still open for 20 more minutes? Not a single employee there was concerned. I had to race to this location before close. Everything was clean and all the food was still out! I was greeted warmly, immediately and served with a smile! This location clearly cares about their customers and takes pride in doing a good job. I would love if this review made a positive impact on anyway for the two ladies and gentleman who were working tonight, Tuesday at 10:50 pm. Thank you for making me feel welcome and for being stand up workers. It was appreciated!

Definitely not Chipotle’s usual standard. Yikes.

Then when I corrected her she tried to open the cheese quesadilla and add chicken to it. My wife asked for tortillas and had to use her fingers to communicate to the lady working the line that she wanted 3. And last but not least there was no Tabasco sauce by the vending machine and when I asked if they had anymore. Without looking I was informed that what was out there was all they had. Customer service was terrible and the food was burnt and cold. I will never eat at this location again.
