  Ive gone here several times.. and several times I see them fill up the container on the line instead of changing the empty stainless steel bin. Im pretty confident that goes against health code violations. This isnt something ive only seen once. Several times.. by different people.

  Stop today, my wife and I had a pretty common bowl meal. Good food and satisfactory service. Tables were less than desirable, trash was full and the beverage area lacked attention. Nothing to keep me from going back but just some notes. Timeframe 12:20 pm 2/17/26

  If your expecting a pleasant experience, wouldn’t count on it here, DoorDash driver had to wait over 40 minutes all for Chipotle to tell them they lost the order then asked them to get in line to make the order from scratch.

  I would like to formally document an incident of repeated bowl underperformance. I order the same meal every visit: a bowl with half chicken, half steak, and EXTRA of everything else. Since Chipotle does not charge for extra toppings beyond meat, this request is both standard and entirely reasonable, and has historically been fulfilled without issue. Which is why this experience felt less like a mistake and more like a strategic decision. For the second time now, I received portions that appeared to be the final remnants from the bottom of the pans rather than proper scoops. Not a serving. More of a suggestion of food. Are you rationing? Are you conducting a social experiment? Is there a secret employee group chat titled “Let’s See How Little We Can Give People Before They Snap”? Because congratulations. We are approaching the snapping phase. I pay full price for a bowl that should be overflowing with abundance. A beautiful mountain of beef, rice, fajitas, salsa, cheese, lettuce. A bowl so full the lid barely closes. A bowl that says “we respect you as a human being.” Instead I received a depression bowl. A bowl of disappointment. A bowl that looks like it survived the Great Chipotle Famine of 2026. To complete the experience, the sour cream was entirely forgotten, which for a sauce-focused customer is not a minor oversight but a critical failure. When this location gets it right, it is excellent, which is how I know this was not a system issue but a personal choice made by one individual. I am simply asking for the EXTRA I requested and the sour cream I depend on. Please restore abundance to future bowls
