    Very, very poor service. The cashiers were very rude. We ordered a half and half order of two proteins in a burrito, and somehow got charged for double meat, twice. The lady then wanted to argue with us about it. Will not be coming back.

    I never have any issues with this location! The N Madison Ave location is 2 minutes from my house, but it is so terrible that I drive by it to come here! Thank you so much for always ding a great job!!! My only complaint- I was there on Thanksgiving Eve. They had a promo going on for a BOGO Free Entree that I didn’t know about when I went in. The line was so long. The woman in front of me ordered her food before 8pm, but it turned 8pm before she got to the register and they refused to give her the discount. Didn’t affect me as I didn’t come here for that, but I feel they should’ve honored her and honestly everyone else in line before 8pm. What happened to guest care and just doing what’s right?
