My wife and I ordered the Build Your Own Chipotle family meal for 5 o'clock. We walked in at 4:54 to see if our food was ready. It wasn't, no big deal. The big deal was the amount of attitude that was given to us when we showed up for no reason. We were told that we showed up too early and essentially had the blame laid on us that our food wasn't ready. Listen, I'm not upset that our food wasn't ready yet. But I was just kind of flabbergasted that the cashier would talk to anyone like that. There was another lady on the line that heard it and offered us a drink to say sorry. She was nice. But whoever was running the register on 12/14 at 5 o'clock has a very poor attitude. Probably would return, because she could have just been having a bad day. But that is still no excuse for such poor customer service.

I have not been back for a while because of bad experiences. First time back in months because my son recommended Chipotle. I told him no, but said let’s give in another try.
Ordered food online at 5:30pm on a dead Sunday. Very simple (nobody in line) yet the order was missing ingredients and the portions were sooo small We had to get dinner afterwards because it was an appetizer. Called customer And spoke to someone who has a giant accent, and all they could offer is A free drink. I don’t drink soda so he said yeah that’s all I can do and hung up.

The inconsistency is ridiculous. Also, they should close at 8pm because after then they only ever have kids in there who don’t know what they’re doing. It took three people to roll a burrito today and by the time they figured it out half of it had fallen out. I regret not walking out on my order.
