The inconsistency is ridiculous. Also, they should close at 8pm because after then they only ever have kids in there who don’t know what they’re doing. It took three people to roll a burrito today and by the time they figured it out half of it had fallen out. I regret not walking out on my order.

The young black male employee working at the food counter during the 7:54 p.m. shift on 11/09 was being rude and dismissive toward both customers and coworkers. He appeared very bossy and condescending, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere for guests and staff. I didn’t catch his name, but he was working alongside another young white male employee at the time. Management should look into the situation and address the behavior.

We’ve had some bad experience the past couple times. Very low portions they said that we can’t order queso, guacamole or chips in the store because they were very limited and only online orders to take them and the cashier was very rude. I don’t appreciate the rudeness. We were very nice to her. We will never be coming back to that one. They have lost our business there. also, we had to wait for Chicken for fifteen minutes to twenty minutes.

I had an awful experience at this Chipotle. The service was incredibly slow even though there were barely any customers in the store. The employees seemed disorganized and unmotivated. Several of them were just standing around while the line moved at a snail’s pace. When I finally got my food, it was sloppily made and thrown together with no care at all. For a place that wasn’t even busy, there’s no excuse for that kind of service. Definitely disappointed and won’t be coming back anytime soon.
