  I’ve been here once before and got the wings they were trash but the fries were good. Came in cause I’m pregnant and hungry and a Philly sounded good. We were taking a minute for us all to make up our minds and I’d stepped outside. Apparently the manager had kicked my brother and manns out stating they can’t just have people hanging out in there. Beyond me horrible service they were rude the whole time when I’d went to ask questions. As well as a few customers walked up while we were looking at the kiosk stating that their order wasn’t correct. Worst experience and I’ll just not go back to another Charley’s, bring back Penn Station, this place is trash.

  Brief summary: Not worth it. The worst fast food I have ever had. I regretted listening to that little voice telling me to try that place after my Walmart shopping. I had the Philly steak, old-school style. Paying the additional two dollars wasn't worth it; there were barely any toppings on that bread. No seasoning other than salt, salt, and more salt (I had to check my blood pressure after having it). The male receptionist I had was unfriendly (anyone can have a bad day, and one person doesn't define an institution). The only saving grace was that it was a well-kept place, from my experience.
