I ordered a double whopper with extra cheese, my burger was cold, folded over, and had 1 piece of cold, unmelted cheese on it. My fries were ice cold. I took a sip of my diet coke, and it was not flavored - pure carbonated water. I went to go inside to request a remake or a refund, and the door was locked with a a sign saying the lobby was closed. I paid $18.53 for cold garbage, and wasn't able to make it right because the lobby was locked. Someone contact me because I want my money back.
