Cheese curds, mac and cheese, 4 orders of fries, 3 kids chocolate milks and all the sides of ranch. If we were missing 1-2 items, I would have chalked it up as a simple mistake and wouldn’t have reacted this way. But to miss that many items is unacceptable. Could my husband have opened every single container and caught this before he left, yes. But it should not be the customers responsibility to check the employees job!! Take out orders are not something out of the ordinary. This is a lack of responsibility, quality, attention to detail, and integrity. Do not recommend ordering from this location until some serious evaluation is done on the staff and their ability to follow simple instructions. As a manager, I would have zero pride in the efficiency of my team.
