- JSJack Smith2 days ago5.0What an amazing night! I honestly didn’t expect the place to be so huge, it’s easy to get lost in there! The food was absolutely delicious and the portions were BIG, but definitely worth it. Our server, Giuliany, took great care of my family the entire time we were there. He was friendly, attentive, and handled everything like a pro, always making sure we had everything we needed. Overall, it was a great experience and we truly appreciated the wonderful service. We’ll definitely be back!

He was very short with us, never brought refills unless we asked multiple times and acted as if asking for anything inconvenienced him. The menu has completely changed so just a heads up, also prices have increased a lot. Food was overcooked and clearly previously frozen.

Would love it if Buca would tell them in advance to not arrive so early nor bring their entire party inside the block the way while others are trying to get in. Or the hosts need to learn to let people know they aren’t the only ones inside!! Besides that, the food was good, the service was meh, and probably wont be back for a few years.

Some of our orders got a little mixed up and the food wasn't as good as usual. But I will say the waiter did have several big party tables so I totally understand waiting a little bit and he tried so hard to make us all happy and he did.
- AKAllen KhudakFeb 11, 20262.0Went, with a party of 6, for my daughter's birthday this past weekend. The space was INCREDIBLY crowded. That aside, when we ordered, we asked for extra napkins and garlic bread for the table. Neither of things came. Eventually our food came, and about 15-20 minutes into our meal, I asked about the garlic bread again. Our waitress came out and made up something about how the kitchen had mistakenly made cheese garlic bread and it would be another four minutes to make regular garlic bread. We then waited another 10-15 minutes before the bread came out - but never received extra napkins. Throughout the course of our entire meal, we all got one refill on beverages. Finally, at the end of the night, we set our to-go boxes on the end of the table, which promptly collapsed. Why you ask? That's because at Buca di Beppo, where we spent about $40-$50 per plate, they use plastic folding tables for dinner tables. As in regular, plastic folding tables you can buy at Wal-Mart. The food was very good, but was just standard Italian fare. Incredibly disappointing and underwhelming.
