    Giuliany was hands down the GOAT. He took amazing care of us from start to finish and made the whole night feel special. On top of that, the food was pretty good and came out just right. Portions were delicious and HUGE and we enjoyed everything we ordered. Everything was smooth, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for better service. Big shoutout to Giuliany for making our night even better!

    It was okay. The place was busy and the restaurant felt like a labyrinth to navigate through. You end up running into servers and other staff members trying to do their jobs. The waiter was nice and friendly, but was a little short of explaining how this place works. It wasn't a terrible experience, but definitely not for me.

    Butter noodles were $27. This was never communicated to us beforehand, we were just asked if we wanted pasta with the chicken dish we ordered and said yes, and agreed to noodles with butter. It never in my wildest dreams occurred to me that noodles tossed in butter would cost as much as an entree. It was entered on the receipt as “spaghetti with marinara,” and the server confirmed that’s how they had to enter the noodles—as spaghetti, and we had just foregone the sauce. After we left and had made it about halfway to the car, this apparent restaurant worker is chasing us (it wasn’t even clear that he worked for the restaurant at first, a guy was just chasing me and my friend while it was dark out shouting at us) and runs up to us asking if we “took the receipt from the server.” We didn’t, and this frankly would have been a much scarier moment had I been alone. We decided to call the restaurant when we got home to relay our concerns, were put on hold, and then were hung up on after 7 minutes of waiting. If the $27 butter noodles didn’t do me in, the events that transpired after did. My friends and I won’t ever be back.

    Booked a reservation which they accepted, only to cancel right before because they have wider hours of operation listed on their reservation site than what they operate. Fine, mistakes happen and I'd have left it at that. But I call to find out what happened, got brushed off, and as soon as I said, "you've ruined my families' dinner plans" they just hung up. No apology, no accountability, just rude behavior. I've eaten here before. The food is as close to fast food Italian as it gets. This location is in a windowless basement that I'm SHOCKED passes fire code because even without an emergency it can take 5 minutes to navigate the maze and crowds of people.

    Drove over 20 miles to celebrate my son's birthday tonight at one of his favorite restaurants. We had a reservation for 6:45, and arrived at 6:30. A family of five arrived after that without a reservation and we're initially turned away due to no available tables until after 8:00. Then another group of five arrived 15 minutes late for their reservation. The family of five that had been turned away returned and spoke with the gentleman working at the podium who worked them in. They were seated, then the late party was seated, and then our party of three was seated. We were able to place our order about 7:00. Our waiter, Felipe, brought our drinks and the garlic bread quickly. We then wait. And waited. And waited. We watched the party of five without a reservation leave having finished their dinner. We watched the late party of five receive their food. Finally, our waiter told us there had been a mix up. He returned later to tell us it would be five more minutes, then two more minutes. We left. It seems to me that this restaurant perceives themselves to be somewhat upscale. If they are, this situation was handled very poorly. No one in management acknowledged the problem or apologized. No one said, let us comp part of your meal...nothing. Very disappointing.
