  The service Charlie provided was 5 stars. We never had to ask for any refills and he was very attentive to our needs. This is the 2nd time he was our Waiter and he remembered us from 3 months ago. We were very disappointed when the location in Leawood closed since it was so close to our house. It's worth the drive when a Waiter by the name of Charlie serves us and offers top notch service.

  NICKI NICK NICKI… You are the best. She gave us the best tips and recommendations. She’s so awesome and beautiful inside and out! Food was AMAZING we got the pepperoni pizza and it was better than my local fancy pizza restaurant. Food 10, Atmosphere 10, and NICKI! Your an absolute 10/10 thank you for the best experience :)

  I went to dinner here and had an amazing time with Nicki as our server. She was nice to us the entire time and gave us great recommendations! The food was also incredible and Bravo itself is a beautiful building.

  Nothing but good things to say about Tammy from Bravo! Location at Zona Rosa…we are repeat customers and will be for life! Traveling from Hawaii for a big volleyball tournament and needing to feed 20…no problem if you have Tammy on your side! So accommodating and easy to work with. Kind, understanding and willing to help at every turn! Chicken parm was sooooo good and the cannolis were a perfect finish! Huge Mahalo to the crew at Bravo Zona Rosa and Tammy!!

  My wife and I have never been to Bravo and I happened to see the Valentines special on social media 2 for 59.99. So we decided to give it a try. Our waiter seemed nice, but also gave the impression that he was flustered from the busy night. We had asked about the Berry Lemonade and the Peach Palmer each with a price of $5. We received our drinks but we both wondered why no refills were coming so we asked our waiter and he said oh those aren't refillable for free. He didn't bother telling us that. Our main course came out and. My wife got the pasts woozie and I had the lobster shrimp Alfredo. Both dishes were flavorful. Here comes the biggest issue I had with our meal. Our server was very lack luster to say the least. Not once did he ask how our meal was. Once he saw we were done he gave us our dessert and Bill. Our reservations were for 6pm and we were done a little after 630pm. We felt very rushed and instead of being able to enjoy the ambience and for my wife and I just to have a quiet night (we do not have many nights away from our kids). We were left scratching our heads and trying to figure out what else to do. Like I said the food was good, but the service and the feeling of rushed really made the evening a downer. I was considering having an event later this year and Bravo for my son when he graduates college, after this experience I am strongly reconsidering.
