  Absolutely outstanding experience at Bravo, largely thanks to our incredible server Jozef. From the moment we sat down, Jozef set the tone for the entire meal with a perfect balance of professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality. He was attentive without hovering, incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, and made thoughtful recommendations that turned out to be spot-on. Every course came out exactly as described, and he checked in at just the right moments to make sure everything was perfect. You can tell he truly cares about providing a great dining experience, and that level of service made our night feel special rather than routine. I also want to give credit where it’s due to the rest of the team that helped make the evening seamless. Angelina, the host, was welcoming and efficient, greeting us with a smile and making us feel comfortable right away. The seating process was smooth, and her friendly demeanor set a great first impression before we even saw the menu. Le, the manager, was clearly running a tight ship. It’s always a good sign when a manager is visible, engaged, and supportive of the staff, and that was absolutely the case here. Le checked in to make sure everything was going well and created an environment where the team seemed confident and happy to be there, which really shows in the overall experience. And finally, a big shoutout to Fionn behind the bar. The drinks were excellent—well-balanced, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Whether it was a classic cocktail or something more creative, you could tell Fionn knew exactly what he was doing. The bar service complemented the meal perfectly and elevated the whole experience. Overall, Bravo delivered on every level: food, service, atmosphere, and teamwork. Jozef truly went above and beyond as a server, and with Angelina, Le, and Fionn all contributing to such a smooth and enjoyable night, this was an experience I’d gladly repeat. Highly recommend Bravo to anyone looking for great food paired with genuinely excellent service.

  Jozef was an excellent server and really made our meal enjoyable. He was friendly, attentive, and checked in at all the right times without ever feeling overbearing. You could tell he genuinely cared about making sure we had a good experience. The food was also very well done. Everything came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor, and the timing between courses was perfect. Jozef explained menu items clearly and made solid recommendations, which we ended up really enjoying. Overall, between the great food and Jozef’s outstanding service, the whole experience felt relaxed and welcoming. We would absolutely come back and would be happy to have Jozef as our server again.

  Bravo in Zona Rosa was an excellent dining experience from start to finish. Angelina at the host stand was welcoming, friendly, and made us feel taken care of the moment we arrived. Our waiter, Jozeph, was outstanding—attentive without hovering, knowledgeable about the menu, and genuinely warm throughout the meal. The food and atmosphere matched the great service, making the whole visit enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back and hope to be helped by Angelina and Jozeph again.

  My husband and I ate dinner at Bravo Saturday night and had a terrible experience. I think our server was also the bartender. He was very inattentive and rude. Our food came out wrong the first time and cold the second. When we asked to talk to a manager, no one ever came to talk to us. Then our server just dropped off a discounted receipt and walked away. We have had better service from a McDonalds!

  Let me start by saying they were very polite. That being said I placed a pickup order and while I picked it up I asked “Is this everything” as I took the food. The girl said “yes”. Drove all the way home to find out there was a pizza missing. They wrote on the receipt “OUT”, but didn’t inform me of this at the store. Sure maybe I should’ve checked to see if I had everything and/or looked at the receipt. But it would’ve been nice to have been offered an alternative considering a whole meal was missing. I returned to Bravo to see if I could get something else in exchange or a refund and no refund was offered but they provided a flatbread pizza instead. The first pizza I ordered was plain Pepperoni, so I assumed they were just gonna give me a flatbread pepperoni… No they threw together a random pizza (chicken, bacon, spinach)😂. The flatbread is also cheaper than the previous pizza I ordered so the fact that a refund wasn’t offered is a little inconsiderate. Not to mention it was all over the place not very well cooked. I appreciate the help that was provided but I expected more.
