The fact that they serve 4 other people before me , maybe it’s because they just had scoops and a drink , then asked what my order was again . Poor customer service but my shake taste good .

She made us the most delicious and beautiful banana splits ever! This is the first time anyone at this location attends us so well. I want to applaud her and hope she lasts for a long time !! How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
