    They are always friendly when I have to go by there. Plus I really liked the canned goods drive they did. They actually gave away free food to bring in a can. So, not a small gesture. Kudos to the owner of this spot.

    My mobile order was made incorrectly, which seems to be a common theme with fast food establishments these days. I had already returned to my work and realize the food was made incorrectly, had to come all the way back up here to have the sandwich we made, which resulted in me being late for work, which would not have happened had my order been made correctly in the first place. Mistakes happen, I understand that. What I don't accept is the kitchen staff talking about me audibly enough for me to hear in the lobby as they were remaking my order. I was never given a time frame on my sandwich, and was given instant attitude when asked how long it would take for my order to be remade. No longer hungry, I wasted 30 minutes of my lunch time enduring the ineptitude of the Arby's employees at this location. As a teenager's dad would say, I'm not mad, I'm just disappointed.
